Amazon.de mostly only reduces prices as a counteraction but since this is a exclusive the only need would be if there are only a few buyers but if you pre-order it signalize demand at this price, since there is no option "i want to preorder this at x€" so the probability of pricereduction is a higher when only few or no one preorders this
