Yeah

Nice and easy? Did they exchange? Did you have to send the original back etc? Thanks
I wrote to them and sent pictures of the damaged
Steelbook with detailed description of the problem:
bla, bla, bla,... I'm received Steelbook already damaged
at You's warehouse etc.....
Because, this steel was in the middle of the package and,
also, the packaging was not so bad (as You can see from my pictures)....
Writing in English is not effective
(to messages in English these guys simply do not respond

)
Try to wrote in Spanish - and cucess! Answer was received...
First of all these dudes was offered me the refund of 30%
of the value of the damaged Steelbook.... And again =

This proposal was rejected by me.
I have wrote them, that Steelbooks are the collectible-subjects
and it must always be in perfect condition!
They wrote, that they would think....
The "thinking process" of our Mexican fiends took three days...
After these three days, I reminded them about my
existence and about precence of the problem.
I wrote, that the refund must be in a full amount
of the damaged Steelbook and, also, have proposed to them
to send it back.
In respond they answered, that I must to dispose the discs
and the Steelbook, and sent them evidence-pictures
of the disposed product.
I bent discs in half, shoot some pictures of it, and sent to Mixup.
After an hour the refund in full value of the Steelbook
was onto my PayPal account.
That's all the adventure.
By the way, my friends (who was ordered at Mixup too),
received packages with already damaged steelbooks too...
So, I think, it is some kind of cheeting (IMHO).
I have three facts of the same situation: me and two my friends.
