They can look ugly together..

Each to there own, i think both priates and Prince of persia are stunning steelbooks,. dont get why so many OCD people let a tiny rating logo bother them, if they go out of stock or print i bet you will be moaning you didnt buy one lol.

Shame it's not as good as it could have been, as has been mentioned by others mainly that double play banner looking fugly.

If the ratings logos and banner bother you, you can always get the Viva Metal Box.

But personally, I'd rather have a steelbook because of it's build quality. Unfortunately the US or Canada didn't get one - but let's be serious. That's because Disney has a problem creating steelbook editions in the North American market.

You could also get the Dutch Steel,which doesn't "seem" to have the whole banner,like the UK ed-see here. But with shipping it may also be abit more expensive...

with me it is the ocd kicking in,usually rating logo's & blue banners don't bother me.
it's just this potc4 steel with the fs releases,just looks odd.
but of coarse,i'd rather have steel then amaray.

The Dutch release will be the same disc as the UK release. The UK release has Dutch subtitles, so it's the same disc. So the Dutch release will also be region free

I ordered and of course I would have prefered no banner or logo's I will gladly take it. It competes the set and its a steelbook.

When it goes out of stock people will be complaining they didn't jump on board.

Yes I find the Double Play banner annoying but considering the SteelBook™ will spend 99.9% of its time on the shelf, that banner will be mostly out-of-sight and out-of-mind.

i can live with the banner, but why is the text ont he spine so small?????
mine also came with an unsightly scratchon the back. only small, but thats beside the point.
on the plus side, its the first one from hmv thats come damaged. play.com always come damaged in some way.

true about rareness, however with rating logos it all depends on your home Country. Not many people in the UK are fond of printed FSK logos, so the same with us North America folks not fond of UK logos printed.

i think its a case of we all prefer a steelbook to be all artwork if possible.
no data on the back, no banners, no ratings. detachable data sheet (although why not make them a size that can be put inside the case???)
and inside artwork too please

but sadly very few tick all the boxes, certainly not here in the uk, and not germany either.
we have been spoilt lately with the likes of akira, adjustment buraeu, green hornet etc, but then we have bad run with source code, adele blanc sec, the new POC alll being well below the standard.
hanna is ok though, and scarface + fast 5, so i guess we should be happy with what we get.

personally i would like all my films in steelbook, but that would mean biiiiiig expense and an unhappy girlfriend.

Got mine from hmv, came with a nice little dent on top edge

The blue double play should be binned or as a cardboard oversert, absolutely no need for it to be splattered over steelbooks .
