I'd like to know what you all think are the hardest steels/irons to aquire. These may not necessarily be the most valuable. I'll start off with a couple I haven't even seen for sale.

Sweeney Todd Play.com
Terminator 2 Japan Version 2 Black

I have personal pictures of my old copy that I could post when I get back from vacation and locate it somewhere on my HD.

Please explain, if I'm not being too rude!;)

It was a sad day indeed :( I also sold Iron Man FS, Iron Man MM, Clone Wars NL, Indiana Jones, and some other hard to find SteelBooks. I temporarily had thrown in the towel, and now I miss those rare SteelBooks. Oh well, life goes on  BTW, luckily I still have IB FS, and other rare Steelies :naughty:

I am going to say that RE Korea is gonna be rare. The expensive asking price had to make them limited. I couldnt imagine they expected to sell many.

Yeh. exactly what I was thinking. But if you look at it, the asking price is 80 bucks which comes up to like 26 bucks a movie which is pretty decent. I think the underworld trilogy was something like that as well.

I think average price I've seen is between $50-$70 tops for original FS IAL...

I don't know about that. I've had one with some minor compressions I been trying to get rid of cheap.

Hey tsgee, nice to you see on here as well. In regards to the original release is it all matte finish?

Here's a good one .... WOLVERINE FNAC ... The German one just cant compare with its printed FSK, and the Wolvy FNAC has some type of special finish where it leaves the bare metal where his claws are on the design so they really stand out. Awesome looking. Not to mention they plan to make a Wolverine 2, so this thing will really raise in value.

I agree with that. I just saw a french Wolverine sell for $140+ shipping on the 'bay.

Is the first release of IAL by FS still highly sought and highly valued by collectors?

the value decrease too much for this title.. bought the original one for my friend in China $35 mint no dents/dings. even saw on eBay last time the new sealed it's hardly sell for $50.

Thanks, I see a few familiar names.

Yes, it has a matte finish.

Damn nice to know I know a few of those many consider rare or valuable. Might have to sell a few to fund my Germany trip lol

While you're there, you could pick us up some more steels. :naughty:

(it's a never ending cycle)
