Resident Evil 1-4 (Blu-ray SteelBook) (Wal-Mart Exclusive) [USA]

As some of you may know Wal-Mart here in the states will be receiving these SteelBooks, which are exactly the same as the ones from Futureshop in Canada. Per another forum they mentioned that the release date is on this Tuesday (8/31/10). Each SteelBook™ is set to retail for $15 each which is pretty cheap for a SteelBook™.

Finally you got them, I would suggest you open them up and find out for sure that they are not dented. I went through a whole stores stock for Part 1 to get a mint copy and I managed to get one at the second store and one other copy with a super tiny ding on Part 1. So about 5 exchanges all together I think, I got one good set. I hope Wal-Mart doesn't do Steels that often, since they are a pain in the arse.

Good idea Juan. I might save this for Saturday - it will give me something to do when the category 2 hurricane hits (I'm exaggerating a bit, but the last time we got a hurricane up here was 1991). It was not fun at all.

Still hoping it misses us.

DB - Thanks for the wishes - they're saying when it gets up here it might be a cat 2 - but it's the margin of ten miles in one direction or another that might have it completely miss us.

I recently moved from the East Coast of Florida and man I do not miss the Hurricanes. I lived about 25 minutes from where the eye of Andrew hit back in 92 and I remember how terrifying that one was. I was a wee lad lol. Ive been through so many of those and its nuts. Going weeks without power. I traded that for Texas. Its been in the hundreds for about 3 weeks straight. What I wouldn't do for a nice beach right about now. But be safe !

I think there will be quite a few copies of these available in store for a while. Just a theory of mine.

But if locally you can't find any, I'm sure members here will be glad to get them at cost for you.

Yeah, I think since it's so rare that the US gets a Steelbook that is not in every other country, some people are taking it as an opportunity for silly prices. The same unfortunately happens in other countries too.

las night at 11 I cancelled my trip to USA border because the tropical storm predicted for south texas, I wake up at 6:30 to check out weather, sky clear and rain forecast 50%, I wake up familiy and drove to USA.

Glad you were able to get a set. Yeah that tropical storm was just a lot of rain, I'm in Dallas and it's been raining all day and brief windy moments nothing more than normal thunderstorms.

I have my personal set, I got no problems with letting go . I got a set for snowblood so I don't mind helping someone else with a set. Let me know when you have the money in case you haven't bought them yet.

Got the German G2 trilogy, But want them on seperates, never seen a res evil extiction going for a normal price most are ebay extortions lol, But still want one to complete the set
