Geesh, How many times has this been delayed already? I've spoken to another member from China as to whether this will get released anytime soon and he responded possibly Mid-November now. That's just a guess on his part so who knows.

Well I was lucky enough to get a pre order in from him so he keeps me updated from time to time on it's release. So he emailed me that it will probably not be released this month. He also received this:

but no other info was added I believe. So I just asked what do think might possibly be the release date and he responded probably mid november. I didn't ask how he came up with the date though.

blufans.com confirmed Rio is almost ready now and will be dispatched very soon - exact date will be announced on 31 Oct. They also promised the dispatch will complete in 10 days !!
