Someone who works at BB saw the steelbookand states that iris shorter than the nearby DVDs.

Thats true. Info provided by MileHigh AI (from BD) if your referring to that...

So we got the display for Snow White in today all wrapped up so I could barely get it open (they use those black thick plastic bands that even a box cutter has a hard time getting through) but did see the steelbooks sitting next to the DVDs and the Steels were smaller than the DVDs.....................so take that however you want.

If no one posts a pic before Friday I'll take one then

I'm gonna get it anyhow.. but why do we(USA) get the lame G1 steels? Is this bestbuy requesting this? or whomever makes the steels deciding?

I think i'll play along with everyone else and ignore every single fact that has been posted on this board about G1 steelbooks being no more in the US since Safe House. I'll also ignore the fact that there is now a G2 steelbook factory in the US and thats why there were G1 steelbooks in the US prior to this.

So lets just say its G1, and see if maybe they start calling it G2 since they won't read this anyways. :movie:

Nothing worth to try than taking a risk!

Wrath Of The Titans got an exclusive "3D" mark on its design and its different from Futureshop

I've just had an email from my friend in the US that said this may be a G1 steelbook only from looking at the advert. I hope it's not a G1 has I really wanted this a month before the UK release has next month gets very expensive.

BB owns Futureshop and there is no G1 there, unless they confirm otherwise. Aside from a stretched out pic in an advert (the pic posted in OP looks G2 to me), there's been no evidence that it's actually a G1, nor does any other info confirm it's a G1. The staff that commented at another site which was reposted here, said it was shorter than a DVD. Personally I hope the studio didn't do a last minute switch to G1, but that would be their ultimate decision, so I will just wait and see.

That's because the picture in the OP is of the Futureshop version. I did raise a point about not posting artwork until it is confirmed and I was told that it would be the same and basically got a talking to from another mod. Looks like I may have actually had a point after all

Here we go:
Shouldn't we wait until proper artwork is confirmed before adding it to the thread? It's misleading in my opinion, especially if it turns out differently, regardless of whether it is likely or not.
