Well worst case scenario I'm keeping the lenti and will swap out with local discs as and when, but I'd prefer to get this bugger working somehow. Really wanna watch this again ASAP

:(

Or you could wait until the German edition is closer to release and see if it has English subtitles. But these have all been fairly localized, so doesn't seem too promising...

That's only 1 disc. The Italian one looks too be closer to the Korean version - region B and 2 disc

I saw this movie in the Theatre, and I liked it. But, after having received my Kimchi editions, I watched it again and I must say, This is a great FILM. This has some good re play value.

I've also re inspected the Full Slip that I opened. I know a lot of ninjas were like "it's boring" and what not. That couldnt be farther from the truth. one of the GREATEST Full Slips ever. IN HAND, out of the plastic, the Full Slip is Brilliant. I love it.

Im glad Kimchi continues to raise the bar with each release, and doesn't let us down.

Big thanks for all the hard work at KimchiDVD!

Am gonna head back upstairs and give it a go.....fingers crossed.

Hi, I hope you get this sorted on your PS3, as that's all I have and I was going to open the lenti tonight and watch this, but theres no point I guess.
I'm sure this was confirmed as being region free, Feel a bit cheated now that its not, as I really want to see this and will have to fork out for another edition.

Just checked my kimchi account and it says my Type A Huge Boxset has shipped!

Hell yeah!

I was planning to open the Big box, I couldn't wait so I opened the full slip. & Im glad I did because its so much more amazing out of the plastic.

It's a shame the big boxset will have to stay sealed lol

Received my Type A today. Overall package is perhaps a bit shorter than the WB box sets (eg, Casablanca, Watchmen, etc.). The art book is very cool content-wise (at 180+ pages). I do think the Type B & C got the pick of the litter when it comes to the finish on the covers, though... this one is softcover, matte except for the Wilford logo. Nice, but I am envious of the texture on the smaller book.

One thing that is very cool about this edition is the blueprint sheet. It folds out to about 32"x20" and has a coated feel like waxpaper to it.

The steel itself has a fantastic finish to it, matte & smooth, not cheap; feels like it won't damage or scuff with typical handling, though I wish the debossing were maybe a bit deeper. I do like that a clear slipcover has been provided.

Special features have no English subs, which is a bit disappointing since there look to be some really in-depth behind-the-scenes and interviews. But there is an interesting looking pre-vis/digital storyboard featurette with English audio.

That's all, just my first impressions!

Got my copies today. Didnt see the movie yet. But the Lenticular is really bad! Whatever the point of view is, i doesnt matter. Saw this problem with the rush lenticular too.
Thats just my opinion, but i miss the great lenticular-covers like Tangled or like the german Predator 3D or even Star Trek Into Darkness !!!
The Fullslip looks great! I like the embossing, nice quality!
