You would think the amount you paid for the set everything would come in excellent condition. I guess that's not the case here. It's a tough hobby...

Yea you would think. I have a stack of steelbooks mostly my pick ups from china with defects. It's all apart of the game, like Tony Soprano says what are you gonna do. Better than nothing.

I've started to realize that as well. 80% of my entire collection (probably higher, even ones I've received from other collectors who claimed their steels were mint) has some defect or another. Once you stop being OCD and look past it, you start actually enjoying your steels. I had to remind myself I'm never going to bother selling them, so who cares. Adds character

On topic, still haven't received mine but can't wait till I do.
