Yes, it is a dangerous game and only the strongest will survive. Many shall perish from the face of the earth. So make sure to list everything in a spreadsheet if you cherish your life.

My pre order list is looking really really great, but conversely also really really scary (now past the £400 mark:naughty:).

It's all good:scat:

Ordered. Does anyone know if the UK BR Version has also the playback problem like the US Version. I bought the US BR and wanted to watch it, which did not work until I found out that the Disc only plays when your player has internal or external extra memory. So I had to conect an usb Stick and after that it played. That was really stupid and ruined a good Movie evening.

What happens if your player doesn't have a USB port?

very possibly not. in the US sony have the rights, over here its disney/buena vista, so will be a different disc.
i had the same issue with crank 2. will work fine on a ps3, or a player with internal memory. something to do with needing to dump some files to 'speak to itself' or something.

Then you would not be able to play the disc. When I wanted to watch the disc and it did not work I thought something was wrong with the player, but after the disc played on a PC I started searching the internet if someone else had the same problem. I finally found the answer on blu-ray.com. I never had such a problem with any other disc. I really don`t know why they did not include some info in BR package about this.

Anyway since the distributor is different in the UK it looks like this problem will not occur here.
