To answer your post, its a general rule for ecommerce e-tailers to ship content in a box if its a huge bulk. Much as consumers want theirs to be shipped in secured box, its a different story when an order arrives to the "warehouse & shipping" department of an ecommerce e-tailers

Regarding the first comment I wasn't speaking about SP but in general, when item becomes oop and rare, then it might be hard for someone to see others have a stack of it.

And to the second one: its maybe just me but I'm bummed as I am probably the only one who received a dented copy.

I know of two other people that received ones with defects, so it really is just a random roll of the dice - don't get to down about it.

Hell I've been out of the loop and didnt realize they are still available. Contact WBshop "Collector" and do a return for a "mint" one.

So I'm not alone? Sorry to hear about those two others and thanks for your kind words. Feeling much better now and even if I will end up with the dented one I will be still a happy SP fan

Youre welcome, these are one of those which I hate - there are some "collectors" who just believed with what they read and doesnt have initiative to investigate perhaps?

I know they are still available but I've explained my situation on earlier pages. Thanks for the customer service number but I'm not in US and a friend is helping me out with this one. There are other collectables involved which needs to be sent asap (which are not for me). Sucker Punch will be in that package too and I can't separate it into two packages and wait for replacement for SP to arrive. That's only because I haven't got enough monies and can't afford paying more postage or getting another SP steelbook. Hope that explained it......I'm certainly not one of those who don't investigate (I think I ask too many questions when getting something )

I think he's the one not investigating by reading previous posts. You're definitely not at fault and shouldn't be attacked as such.

Yeah, I heard that, too. I would suggest those with damaged copies give WBshop a call just in case though. You might get lucky with a favorable Customer Service rep.

I can't imagine how these can survive through bubble mailer...these carrier throw them around. If it's not visible at the corner, then I wouldn't be surprised they have dent underneath the cardboard.
