That information is better off remaining un-specified as it can be used for other reasons as well (ie, calling wb to cancel an order). Not saying that was the intent but it could be an outcome.

True, I had the same though, which is why I didn't post my number. Probably better to post what time you placed an order. I'm not saying anyone here would do that, but you never know who's watching.

customer service can actually tell you the count on orders placed for this item.anybody over at wbshop.com can tell you this.the number i was told about an hour ago when i called was in the low 300's.everybody should be in good shape for today.i dont think they sold more than 100 of these at comic-con.
somebody should keep a tally on this and call there about every 30 minutes or so to see how high this goes

Was that actual orders, or was that number of copies. Because if it was actual orders, I would think they would be over their limit already.

Yeah, but I imagine most of those orders are for multiple copies.

you are right! 300+ orders with multiple quantities....
i just double checked the order no. from i placed early this afternoon compared to another one when i got home and there's a difference of more than 200 orders in between

It's a good sign that they are raising the price. If they couldn't fulfill the orders, one would think they wouldn't even bother raising the price. My card was already charged, although it's still in the 'processing' phase.

Unless they just cancel everyone's order and leave it at that price for everyone to make new orders. Which would be the shadiest thing ever, but just throwing ideas out there.

i think that is actually reassuring that this is not a reprint
someone here earlier confirmed that it is indeed the first run.

I like how they put the price at 59.99, because shipping is free with 60.00 or more. Clever how it just misses by a penny. So they can get away with charing for shipping
