well if they make 900 copies and sell 200 at comic con what are they're suppose to do with the other 700 ? not sell them ?

It happened before, normally SDCC exclusives are salvaged after the event (Dont you know about that?)

One example: this DVD slip of Iron Man

IRL.jpg

And the other would be that unicorn slip of Harold & Kumar

i gathered that he sounded mad that WBshop is selling them now. thus my response of what are they suppose to do with them than ?

are you saying that they just save releases like iron man or Harold and kumar and not sell them ?

Sorry, don't misinterpret me. Actually, Im happy to hear that the G1 Steel got 2nd chance of availability rather than vanished.

I am saddened though to the ones who werent able to wait and bit the over $$$ priced auctions

Happy, that the greedy opportunistic resellers whom got an ULTIMATUM NOW that the demand will reduced the posted demand price due to this.

I am a collector and things like this, how hard or not if I want it.. I can get it :scat::scat:

They didnt save those slipcovers.. they salvaged it after the SDCC event. Thus those who were able to grab a copy of it.. ITS A GEM for THEM!

Salvage
1.
the act of saving a ship or its cargo from perils of the seas.
2.
the property so saved.
3.
compensation given to those who voluntarily save a ship or its cargo.
4.
the act of saving anything from fire, danger, etc.
5.
the property saved from danger.

Not trying to be argumentative, just trying to clear up the confusion.

I think he's saying the slip covers were salvaged from being burned and destroyed. Let's keep on topic.
