yes you have to register amazon.co.jp
amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.com, amazon.ca, etc is same register but japan you will need register it is seperately

Yes, you have to create another account with Amazon.JP because it's in a completely different format. The easiest way is to use Google Chrome and let it translate each page for you as you navigate the website. When you get to the page that asks for which province you live in, there should be a string of Japanese text that wasn't translated in the upper left of the page. Click that and it will take you to an International address page to complete your registration. Hope this helps.

One of these amz.jp white editions has already sold on FleaBay for £70!!
A search for Batman Begins and choosing "show completed listings" and there it is. I suppose if you bought it as a single disc from Amazon then you'd pay about £81 with customs here in the UK...
I have just this minute ordered all 5 of the white steels.... unsure how I am going to break the news to the Wife yet though!
I actually only want Se7en... and may sell/trade the others... but once they arrive, who knows?!?! they look seriously cool!
