Mine just shipped so I hope I am just as lucky as you. Crossing my fingers for no dents or loose discs which will suck since they probably will have no replacements.
Silly price at eBay since it is still available for order at Amazon.jp.

Just had the customs call from DHL. £14.03 pence poorer now! Good news is that this and a couple of others are coming tomorrow 
Mine came today as well, along with The Matrix and Blade Runner. Too bad these are not embossed, but they still look terrific!
there is a seller in the uk that sells for around 57gbp and free shipping, would it work out the same to buy from japan inc tax and shipping costs etc??

my batman begins, dark knight and inception all came from ebay, approx £41 for the batman steelbooks each delivered and £40 for inception delivered.
personally, i wouldn't buy from amazon japan on principle. the p&p is extortionate, plus i don't like having to deal with couriers.

Until steelbools for TDKR are announced and none are in the same black and white style as these and then we'll watch the value plummet. The natural step would then be to grab the Canadian versions which will rocket in price. This is what I'm hoping for anyway

How about they release both versions, the white one and black one and we can all be happy?
I'll be surprised if Rises doesn't get a white steelbook, I'm sure the studio knows people want to complete the set after all. Though it could take a while, we'll probably have to wait for the Premium digibook first, then get the steelbook.
I'm not a fan of them personally. I did buy the white Batmans, but only to negate the cost of the rest of my amazon.jp order, which they did quite nicely.
