While talking to one of the licensee here in Singapore, he told me we are going to have Hobbit here as well in Steelbook.
Not sure if I hear wrongly but look like it's gonna happens.

The slip was only for the group buy. Alex sorted out a special run. You won't find the slip anywhere else.

My copies had arrived yesterday, thought I'd post the picture in the actual thread as well. Without a doubt, the slip makes ordinary steels look stunning in hand. Absolutely gorgeous finishing of the titles on the slip, and the lurker Gollum makes the 2D version even more special than the 3D one to me!!

I don't believe the actual numbers were mentioned...But I do recall it's less than 100 copies each.

Yes I moved a couple of the stickers to the back as I think it spoils the image on the front... Not a big fan of stickers anyway buddy..

Just give me that awesome slip anytime..

I had the same situation buddy.... and I checked today and suddendly "Item out for delivery".
Didn't see "item processed at custom" or "item at depot"....

Weird... but now it's "Item delivered"

Will I regret not getting the 2D with the nicer slip? Possibly. Am I glad I got the 2D/3D edition with the fat book. Absolutely!

I like the way this was packed, with peanuts on top and bottom, the key with the pointy part sticking up, above the steel wrapped in bubble-wrap. I could not have done it any better.

Looking forward to Man of Steel with a complementary slip, some extra memorabilia, shoot for the moon n3wk1d. I prefer the 1/4 slips so we see the actual steel art.
