Me I'm definitely getting SGR 3D & 2D, TW 3D & MM Lenticular 3D (U simply can't go wrong with MM and Lenticular steels bud), trying to cancel my KR steelbooks

I really don't like the banner at the top of the French 2D versions and can't be sure about the 3D one, hence why MM is the safe option

The only thing is DJ that France is the only one doing a Gollum Steel plus Bidou stated that the lenticular one will have no banner on it and G2 in size. Plus it should have a clean back and I do prefer French text over German on the front.
I no what you mean about the banner, but if this is going to be the only Gollum steel then must have....

Also France should give us some nice stickers.

I must say that is a shame that Bilbo is not on 3d lenticular cover. The story is more about him then Gandalf. I was on fence with this one, but finally decided to keep UK one over french. Soon I will find out if that was a good decision

I like the banner actually, goes with the general colour theme of the artwork IMHO...

Yes. I'm wondering if any Hobbit 3D release will be Lenticular. All these other countries are releasing it but no lenticular. Why should France be any different? I wish I knew for sure so I could go ahead and get a lenticular one (if there is to be such a thing)

I do believe Mediamarkt Hobbit 3D is lenticular. GB states so

Hey rod, I still love the Gollum one but might wait to see some in hand pictures to see how nice it looks first.
As I don't want any nasty surprises with having no inside art, printed back...

This would have looked good without the French writing but with extended edition and 2 more sequels on it's way I suspect a flurry of re-releases. Simply not worth buying every copy of this to me.

I thought that i read somewhere, that the Gollum Steel production will be the lowest.

I pre-ordered that one, more than a month ago. Not because of the production amount ..
but because I like that one the best. Hopefully it will not be a Steelbook in G1 format.
Oh well .. we will see.
