Hard to confirm as we cannot see a real photo of the front so it can still be the Fnac exclusive.
What makes the difference is the booklet included for FNAC exclusive, but it is true that he doesn't mention it either on the description...

In the Auction text he states:
French Edition BLU-RAY STEELBOOK

FNAC Exklusiv (that was/is in yellow/orange color!)
BRAND NEW, FACTORY SEALED, PERFECT CONDITION,

I also just bought from him and will see what i receive...

It probably is the Fnac Exclusive version because that title is on special offer from Fnac right now (€15 or 3 for €30) so the price seems right. The auction pic of the back shows the book sealed in too.

It just means the tatoo is not included, it has been used or somebody sold it to him without it in the first place.

I think it's the expensive version, just with no tattoo. Like selling Inglourious Basterds (FS) without the dogtags. Thats how I understood his wording, don;t hold me to it though!

It will be at least $150 by end of summer IMO. This is one of the coolest looking steelbooks out. Its so clean looking. The name of the movie blends in with the art.

Not only that, the movie is awesomely funny.
