Don't worry mate, this title has never reached such a high price
It is worth €100 - €130. Not more.

I would be very surprised if this seller manages to sell his copy for this price.

No - I think they got resealed with the replacement disc and sent to Fopp stores.

Ahh, okay. I'm surprised by that, the last few times I've been in a HMV they've all had this on display with the replacement disk fastened to the sealed steelbook with security tape.
