Munstarz-yep, also possible, some people do all kinds of things, but the pic in the description is definitely not the UK Steel, so somebody got something mixed up-you would think they would 'want' to show the Taiwan Steel as the thumbnail pic when it comes up in searches, but who knows....

That does look fishy but his other steelbook auctions look normal at the moment (including Captain America and John Carter). So it may just be some "over zealous" bidders lol.

I won the Cap. America from this seller. Tracking shows it hasn't gone past the submission point, I sent a message inquiring about it and have yet to hear a reply 4 days later. Wondering if I will actually get this.

EDIT: The tracking actually updated saying it has cleared customs so now I am not worried, and very excited to finally get Cap in my collection to complete my avengers set.
