This Fall The Walking Dead comes to the toy store with McFarlane Toys action figures of Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Zombie Biter and Zombie Walker. Available for purchase November 2011.

Im not just saying this cause im a bit of a daryl fanboy but this looks like the best figure in the series

haha it's true. All the intuitive articulation like torso articulation and better ranged hips already sold me. Just a matter of finding this guy in stores. Might even pick two of em up and I rarely do that.

Ohhh man, Daryl's on sale on the TRU site so I ordered 2. Hope the paint is decent on em.

Also finished painting up my Dale headsculpt. Likeness is prolly as close as I could get him and still need to make a floppy hat and grab a Series 3 Merle for the base body. Kinda givsh me a Connery vibe. Sculpted him in Super Sculpey Firm and painted with Testors Acrylics.

New to the board. Found 4 of the new Daryl Dixon/Chopper sets at Toys R Us. Didn't waste my money on the ones I found. All the paint apps were complete crap. One even had silver paint all over the hair. I own every figure from this series and I'm not quick to bash like people have with the previous lines (I actually liked the series 1 figures a lot, Rick is still my favorite figure along with Merle). I have one coming in that hopefully looks better but all the ones in the stores had noticeable marks/paint all over the faces. Maybe I'm too anal but I couldn't justify spending close to 30 bucks on any of the ones I saw.

I was already ready to buy her figure, just hoping for some nice knives, maybe the AK47 she was shooting in the 3rd season (I guess)...

I really didn't like her at all the first 3 seasons. She was useless and didn't add anything to the show at all in my opinion. Probably my least favorite character on the show. But this season they've turned it around and made her interesting.

I'm just pumped for any Walking Dead figures I hope Carol comes with a couple knifes and her revolver. Hershel hopefully has a leg that can come on and off and comes with a hand gun and a knife maybe a medical bag or crutches. Rick with his Colt Python and the same assault rifle the merle figure has. and Abraham with his Desert Eagle and HK submachine gun and maybe a crowbar!!!

Man I can't wait for pics of Series 6. Also hoping Rick comes with a swappable unbandaged hand and a machete and that someone comes with Tyreese's M1 Carbine.

Great figure and "accessory" and the added hip articulation is a winner. Modded the ankles from the hinged to the barbell type so he can have his feet flat in wider stances. Head is pretty good but seems a bit small compared to some of the other figures.

Now the wait for Series 6.

Ok just picked up the figs I was missing from S5 at BooksAMillion. Spawn.com doesn't even say they carry these!
