Howdy everyone! It's like a ghost town up in here so I figured I'd try and start a lil convo. I'm literally going insane waiting to hear something new about the TV line. While I'm excited to add series 8 come October, I'm dying to find out the line up for Series 9!!! I want Beth, Lori, Sasha and Rosita so bad!! It sucks cuz they're all females so I'm sure it'll take years for them to trickle out. Unless they do that 2 pack idea.. Huh huh. Anyways I have 2 questions for you @spawnshop if you can answer of course. First, do you think we will hear the series 9 line up at SDCC? And second, any chance we will see characters from Fear the Walking Dead in the line? Maybe they're own line? Alrighty I guess that's it. Man, I wish there were more waves per year or something cuz the wait is unbearable!!! Always worth it tho. Oh and just to put it out there again, I'm still praying for that Trio 3 pack of the debut of Abe, Regular clothes Eugene and short shorts Rosita!!! Maybe even the truck.

I don't know for certain that S9 will be announced at SDCC, but I would imagine soon since we are furiously working on them.
As far as Fear the Walking Dead figures, it's a possibility. I doubt we would see an entire series of them, but I would imagine within the regular series...that is, if we get the license. I think it is it's own license/entity for product. But I'm not sure.

Awesome to hear that McF is in the throes of S9. My most anticipated series with the Fan Vote. Expecting Beth or Lori, which is great.

Coda - you and I are on the same page. I still want the full cast! Sasha's been so prominent this past season, and Tara is a fun character that I always enjoy.

Shanerd - Skybound's been killing it with their exclusives for a little while now - Negan, Jesus, Ezekial, Clementine...so I feel pretty confident we will get something good. Here's to hoping for Comic Shane, Maggie, Sophia, Lori, Tyreese or Dale!

@kassle yea we only need a few past and present characters to catch up to Alexandria. Ideally I'd like to have every member of Ricks group leading up to Alexandria and I cud die happy lol.

@spawnshop -- The Series 6 Rick figure was a hit aside from a lot of the paint app issue. Many of us here & in my group are really anticipating that Series 7.5 Woodbury Assault Rick. Have you heard/seen anything leading to believe that the paint apps on that figure are an improvement from the Series 6 version??

Have you heard/seen anything leading to believe that the paint apps on that figure are an improvement from the Series 6 version??

From what I've seen on paint samples and packaging samples from the factory, yes, it looks improved. We were aware that some of the figures had poor paint apps from the factory on some of the Rick Grimes and we have been working on improving the paint for all facial hair and eyes.

Great I've been itching to see what the exclusive was going to be, good choice Spawn, fingers crossed for Tyrese, Dale or Glenn is series 5 then (in fact fingers crossed for a series 5). Hope we get some good shots of the figure out of the packaging soon- these don't give much away.
Also Spawn it looks like Abe no longer comes with his backpack in the packaged shot, is this true? Say it aint so

Our web store still has it listed as an accessory. I believe it's just packed behind the front sticker, at the bottom of the package.
