Hey guys, glad everyone is excited for series 9! And glad you guys like series 8 as well.
To answer some of your questions (as much as I can):
- Beth was modeled from pre-production photos. If we are lucky enough, we get these photos either from being on set or directly from AMC. I believe we modeled her back before series 8 and she may have been delayed a line or two, so it may not match the show 100%. Maybe when we got the photo reference, they intended her to have it unbuttoned, and then the director's of the episodes changed thier minds.....who knows? Although, if you were to ask Todd, he might say something like - I'd bet at one point when she was wearing that sweater that she unbuttoned it for a bit in the Atlanta heat, maybe off screen.....LOL. As much as we like to create the figures as show and screen accurate as possible, sometimes things come up that change in production. Remember, we work about a year in advance before these figures hit the shelves.
- All i can say for series 10 is this - yes, we are working on it. The line-up is in a state of flux though. We are striving really hard to come up with something very special for this next series. I think a lot of people are going to like what we are doing with it. Some new characters, and some fan favorites. We've just started the sculpts this week, for the ones we have green lit. (I don't think i can be anymore vague....haha!)
- Lori is a tough one. I really don't have an answer for that one. As a fan, I would rather see her pre-pregnancy from Season 1-2. IMO I think that's when her character was more interesting.
- FTWD is in discussion when planning the line-ups. It will probably be within the WD line-up, but branded as FTWD. I hope to include some as soon as we can.
