This Fall The Walking Dead comes to the toy store with McFarlane Toys action figures of Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Zombie Biter and Zombie Walker. Available for purchase November 2011.

Spawnshop, different sites show June & July as the comic s3 & shane v.2 release dates. Any clue which is closer?? Also is the 10" daryl EE shows for preorder. Is that a rerelease, or different from the first one in anyway? Thanks!

Yeah, June is closer then July.......
not sure if June or July release tho, sorry.
Daryl 10" is a re-released/reorder. Nothing new that I know of (maybe the box is)

I started collecting the comic line recently, in anticipation of the new Andrea & Rick...but decided to go color over b&w because I couldn't seem to find a b&w Glenn (and I'd like to have all of the characters together).

Glen b&w is usually the one I see everywhere lol the riot gear one at least. I get black an white to match the comic. I mean who really knows the colour they should be!

I thought so. Did some looking online and couldn't come up with any.

Really stoked about the next two waves (comic & tv). Both have some perfect character choices. Can't wait for Comic Andrea, Comic Rick, TV Rick & TV Carol. My display NEEDS them.

Also glad that sweet old dude Herschel made the cut. I miss him on my TV.

Yeah, maybe that's why we never did one - the only thing that we could change to make him B&W would be his head.....

Spawnshop, as mentioned before I live in Brazil, so it takes some time for me to get the figures.
But I had to come here and congratulate McFarlane Toys on the flawless work you guys did on Daryl with Chopper.
It is my new favorite figure on my collection.
The motorcycle has a ton of details. The keys hanging out with the little eight ball keychain. Just amazing!
Daryl is also great. Nice work on the new articulations. I like that you guys went for the extra trouble in order for him to sit properly on the chopper and still be able to pose standing with the crossbow.
I'm really excited about the new hip articulation, it adds a lot of movement range to the figures.

Please keep telling us how you feel about the figures. I promise, we do listen to the complaints/ideas/compliments, etc..... only to make better figures.

The fact that all the new figures have the newer hip style makes me so friggin happy. If possible, I'd ask to have all the ankles be that barbell joint since it really opens the figure up for those slightly wider stances. Of all the WD figures, I love having Daryl out on display just sitting on paint bottles or scotch tape containers contemplating life. If somehow a hatted Glenn head could make it in with some other figure, that'd be great. Love the idea of the occasional cross sell.

I'm new to figure collecting, I've got s6 tv figures pre ordered and the 10" Rick, is there going to be any other tv 10" versions besides Rick and the reprint Daryl? Would love to have a 10" Michonne.

Not sure - it depends on how the Rick and Daryl sell....most likely yes. And Michonne would be the logical pick.

Thanks that would be awesome, I'm definitely buying the rick 10" (I missed the previously released Rick figures and they're really expensive now so the 10" is a great buy for me). I'm thinking about getting Daryl.. Michonne would be a definite buy
