Whoo Abraham, he was my most wanted, and he looks like he's going to be spot on- the comic figures have been so great recently. Carl has to be in there too, with a couple of heads, I'd love to see the comic wave extended to 5 figures- Abraham, Carl, Glenn and 2 zombies, I think the comic line needs more zombies, ah why not go all out and make it 6 with a new Michonne ;)

Omg... CARL! Hoping he comes with some guns this time but those open hands have me worried. Also hoping his hips are the newer/older hinge style hips instead of the ball sockets that are on the TV Carl and Clem figures.

Gamestop is going to have series 6 on sale on Black Friday for $10 a piece.

That is of course if series 6 has even been released by then.

Yeah I don't think that's gonna happen unfortunately. From everything I've been reading it looks like Series 6 is being pushed back to December, maybe even January.

I hope the January thing isn't true. Either way I really wish they'd just give us an update on things since so many people are wanting them so bad.

I can't imagine them NOT putting these out before the holidays but if there's QC issues then who knows.

OK, so I found out a bit more on the delay of series 6. The figures are actually already packed up and sitting down at the docks here in the US. Apparently, there is a "slow down" at the docks due to the union workers. I'm not sure what it's all about, but I did hear that they are renegotiating terms for something - my guess is salary and benefits. And apparently we aren't the only company suffering, obviously. But my guess is that they will start moving product this week due to Black Friday.
So, if everything goes well, we should see something soon.
This is probably why you see websites changing release dates on products.

yep its pretty much been confirmed that clem will be the bf exclusive and if its the same 25 plus shipping price im not biting, its so ridiculous to charge signifficanly more than an average adult sized figure for a figure barely half as tall and doesnt even incude any cool/big accesories to balance out the pricetag plus i know for a fact that there will be more, i seriously doubt that mcfarlane would obtain vg liscense and only make one limited time exclusive

I'm hoping that she is less than $25, but odds are she won't be.

If you're interested in how the costing of a figure works, here it goes:

What the problem is with creating these smaller child figures is that it's the same amount of parts, same amount of work and development, and same amount of work producing the figure. I totally understand that the figure is basically half the size, but that doesn't necessarily equal half the price. If a standard figure has say, 17 parts, with approximately the same amount of articulation (10 POM joints or pins) - that equals the same for Clem as far as mold cavities, amount of assembly, amount of paint apps, etc. And since she also comes in the same style blister, that is also the same price. So, say if Rick Grimes from series 6 costs $6.50 to produce, then Clem could feasibly cost around $6.25 or even the same. The amount of material and cost of the parts is so minimal to the full equation, that it really doesn't work out how you'd think. (The actually plasatic per figure may only cost $1.50, and the rest of the cost is assembly, paint, and packaging).
As for accessories, Clem comes with a pistol, hammer, and a backpack. Which in fact is just as many as any of our other figures. And the other thing that makes it tougher to cost one of these exclusives is that they are one per series - so your cost is your cost. But for a standard series, the prices per figure have a range, and then the price is averaged over the series. So if Carl is $5.50, and Hershel is $7, and the rest in between, your average is around $6.25. This method allows us to beef up accessories for one character that may not be as complex.

As for the license for the VG, i believe it's bundled in with our comic license since it's all under the Skybound umbrella.

I hope this helps you understand the manufacturing side of it a little better.

Yeah i get the idea but im still on the fence and the deciding factor will probably be the shipping cost, as honestly the main complaint i have for clem is overlying with the rest if the skybound exclusives is the increased pricetag from normal figures plus the shipping, if this figure was 15 like other figures even with the shipping you wouldnt hear a peep out of me but that probably wont matter anyway cause the bloody clem is perfection
