I put my sticker on the inside of the steelbook.

Left side, top right corner. Right next to the ram's right arm.

A bit sad & disappointed, got the full slip version, the back side of the steel has a deep circular gash that extends out a bit (not just a clean circle), as well as several scratches in various areas on the back.

I've never seen the circular damage on a steel, guess I was unlucky.

Anyone else experiencing any damage on their steel?

I just received mine today. Will open the full slip version and check for defects. Might custom gloss as well depending upon my first impressions.

Thought I'd post a photo of some of the damage, but I'm still baffled by the circular coffee like stain next to the blue slashes.

I'm in contact with Plain about this, they seem very willing to help out.

the one i've opened has some minor imperfections too, but as PA is a small upcoming company that puts so much effort in their releases, and has such an excellent customer service, i would not dare to complain to them. maybe they would send out a replacement instantly and tell me i can keep my opened copy, but it would not feel correct to do this. in whole it's one of the top 3 steelbooks ever in my collection. i really don't care about the small stain + the hairline scratch.

I opened up the full slip version. Never knew that the Steelbook inside wouldn't be sealed. I didn't look for imperfections in the first glance. Will scan it through my OCD-scope tonight.

This looks much better with the camera flash on. I will custom gloss this sometime this week.

It wasn't supposed to be glossy, it's a matte finish.

Unfortunately, no amount of gloss can help make Mickey's face look better.
