I rarely received a reply from them on a Sunday. It's possible their customer service is not working and you'll receive a reply tomorrow morning. It's a gamble mate...
One solution would be to keep your card empty (if you use a type of card that you add funds). That way even if they try to bill the item, they won't be able to.
Might have been an idea but too much hassle and there might be few more that come off card on same day. But biggest hassle is withdrawal and putting back in.

Great to see we're getting the same finish and treatment as The Americas for the TOY STORY steels with the only difference that I can see = slightly different colouring of background and aliens:-

Above all would love to see the same happen here for FROZEN.

Colour difference is probably just due to lighting of photos/videos you have taken the still from.

Got mine yesterday also looks great as mentioned already. Nice debossed title and full gloss glad I got

Zavvi/international SteelBooks are usually darker, with worse black levels, than the US SteelBooks. The advantage is when there is additional embossing/debossing.

Do we reckon there’s any chance of these dropping any further? Are Zavvi known for dropping the likes of a Pixar 4K Steelbook to £9.99?

I’m soooo tempted but would be gutted if I can’t complete the collection if all the other films don’t get released over here in the UK, like they are to Best Buy.
