Has anyone had any customs trouble from Amazon.de? I read for the new set of Japan steels that getting stuff from Amazon.jp they get hit with customs

If you order via amazon.de - regular shipping - you will not get hit with customs fees under a certain amount in Canada. I'm in the US, but I think that's how it works.

Expedited shipping with amazon.de takes what they call "estimated" customs fees up front, so in essence they pay them on your behalf for UPS.

Amazon.co.jp has always sent expedited and they have sent Fedex in the past.
I'm unsure if they've also switched to charging up front, but if they don't, you MIGHT get a bill for your order a week or so after it arrives.

It's not a guarantee with amazon.co.jp, but it is possible - the largest part of the bill from them is the processing fee, not the actual duty.

Got my copy today...and didn't hesitate in opening this and looking at the artwork...and ofcourse I had to watch the final battle scene...only thing is, my bluray player starts this German copy really really slow, wonder why? Maybe a need a new player!

Luckily I have a region free and multi format DVD player (PAL and NTSC), but wish i could use the Digital Copy...I'll have to test on my PC.
