Hi All, I've renamed this thread, to allow anyone to post "fake" or "suspect" retailer or Ebay listings, so anyone can discuss/be warned. It allows traders to protect each other/discuss various listings that may or may not be authentic, officially supported Steelbook releases. -Digitalbabe.

Would someone please post a pic of the Iron Man blu ray disk [not the case] from Future Shop. I would like to compare it against the set I got scammed on,as it stated a "Future Shop Blu-Ray and DVD steelbook".
He is arguing on "Future Shop Blu-Ray" and "DVD steelbook".

thats what i have for my USA amray edition, question how much did you pay?
you do have the DVD steelbook but not the Future shop blu ray discs

how much did I pay- A lot! Have not received it yet, pic from ebay listing. Currently reported on paypal as not received. I have to wait to it comes before I can report to paypal for misleading item.

Based on those pics should have him, as its not even a FS blu-ray as listed.

The items arrived today, FINALLY. One of the other items [DVD tin case] that was described as "as new" was dented and RUSTED .

Ive never dealt with a worse ebayer.

Raised PayPal claim to refund, will see what happens.

Ive ordered one of those DVD one from EBay for $12 AUD to make up my own iron Man, hopefully its the correct one - if not I'll take you up on your offer to grab me one.

Nor sure but it looks real and all his other items seem reasonable.

I doubt it cause his "Incredible blu-ray" seems like identical to my bestbuy blu-ray completely. Plus, he claim that it's FS exclusive OOP as well. We may need some real Hardcore steelbook user to prove about this fact [ FS exclusive].

some user in other forum guess this could be steelbook but no one tries to order it yet. In my opinion, 95% it isn't.

OK I dont know about the FS part; what you are saying is he has put a FS sticker on a Best Buy box?

Need some FS expert to comment...No good reporting him unless you have facts.

no no. I mean like, according to his picture, the Incredible blu-ray that lies inside the tin box, it [ I mean the slip cover and free ticket admission] looks identical to my Incredible 4 discs that I just bought from Bestbuy last month. Plus, in his subtitle item's name, he said that "steelbook tin very limited in quantities FS exclusive" . That's why I feel a little bit unsure since there's no news, facts or updates about Incredible steelbook, tin box or something like this before even from Futureshop itself. Besides, if you type " Incredibles steelbook" on google, you will only find the German dvd steelbook. In my experience, even though some steelbook is very rare to find , you can still at least see picture how it looks or some more info that may lead you to some sources on google. you name it. Even you type " Lion king steelbook", you still can see some fake steelbook such as Bolt and Lion king itself but nothing for the incredibles [so far]. Anyway, We'll see the truth soon.

This is definitely NOT a genuine "Steelbook" (TM) as marketed by Scanavo. But there was a DVD Tin release of "The Incredibles" (search for "Incredibles Tin Futureshop" and you'll find some threads) and the tin may have come as a pre-order, according some some posters' comments I could view. I am at work so some links are not visible to me. But if there was no Blu-Ray tin at Futureshop, maybe the seller swapped out the BD for the DVD. The "Steelbook" word was either added to attract Steelbook collectors, or because the seller doesn't realize that a "Tin" is not a "Steelbook".

You can report auctions like the one you guys are mentioning under "Keyword Spamming" if they are not the item in which they state.

For example, if I have a band of brothers auction, which is clearly a tin collectors set, I cannot state "STEELBOOK" in the auction title.
