We've seen discs come out of china as region AC before. But yes, they are region C.

Yes, most releases in China are region C, but Blufans releases are all region-free, ABC.

The box set GB will go live at the beginning of November and this too includes the 3D slip cover version

Not necessarily. This is a Blufans release, so they control how many they send across. Just because we have 250+ people wanting it doesn't automatically mean HDN will be given that.

The smart play would to make sure HDN gets the copies we request.

We limit to 1 per member and we know these go to collectors, not to other folks.

There was a day when BluFans couldn't sell out their edition.

As soon as I saw picture of box set I knew that I will choose this version, but now I know also that I will have to be online from the first minute when only GB will start in November to get a copy. That was fast GB for regular 3D slip version

Some Asian releases of Avatar extended (Japanese/Korean/Thai) had movie disc locked to AC, extras were ABC.

My thought. If you have a customer that keeps coming back to buy your product, time after time, if you want to see them again, you make sure they are happy.
