The slip is the only difference between the two? As in one says "3D" and the other doesn't? Do they both contain the 2D and 3D version of the movie?

By 3D slip, it means lenticular. The steelbook and discs on both are the same.

My Simplified Chinese isn't too great and my wife helped me translate and she wasn't too sure either, but the 2D version sounds like it will be like a book cover that can be opened. Maybe Kevin or other HDN member can clarify.
