The 2D (non-lenticular) sleeve version might be the one to get.

My Simplified Chinese isn't too great and my wife helped me translate and she wasn't too sure either, but the 2D version sounds like it will be like a book cover that can be opened. Maybe Kevin or other HDN member can clarify.

i think it's up for pre-order @blufans.com since today, and still listed there (you don't need to understand chinese language to see the order menu on the right side of the page.) even the "star trek: into darkness" triple-pack seems to be still available.

i know that, but "sold out" is still a wrong information then. it's only sold out when the supplier (blufans) has run out of stock.

True, but we have so many language variations here, you have to give a little leeway

I would love to get the 3D Box set version. $55 + local shipping is a steal IMO for one of my fav pixar movies...fingers crossed.

For those wondering, as it stands, the "in stock" marker on the blufans site shows zero because they might not have gone "live" yet.

However there's a countdown timer (see attached) which I believe points to when the steelbooks will actually be available for pre-order on the site (less than 48 hours) If you have a chinese credit card and an address to go with that is. I have one of the aforementioned, sadly not both

Actually this did sell out. Its been severely restricted on Blufans. Don't know why. Preorders via the online shop have stopped and they have now resorted to GB style preorders. As of now only members who didn't order from the shop can put their name down, and limited to two copies of each 3D/2D.
