Sorry to hear that but sooner or later they will. These are supposed to be out on display for the Memorial Day sale even though it says in their in-store system a release date of 5/29. This could change very quickly as the re-stocking crew (from a different company) will be putting new stock on the floor on Saturday night.

You know I think this "wave" could be the result of some kind of factory production "test" run to determine capacity, quality and time to store shelves. If indeed this US factory came online just a couple of weeks ago, this is DAMN impressive!

I just called BB here in Chattanooga TN (Hixson) and the lady told me that they had them in the back and that they would not be put on the shelves until 5/29. She did however suggest that I purchase them online and then pick them up in store tomorrow. I'm not sure how many copies they have of each though and it looks like they don't have any LOTR TWO TOWERS to begin with.

Anxiously awaiting pictures of "Sherlock Holmes." Curious if there really is a "Watchmen" one as people have mentioned. And is there in fact "Hangover 2" also? I know there's the first Hangover with exclusive art. Any inside artwork on any of these?

My three local stores don't list any available, but some others a little farther away have them so I'll probably take a drive on Saturday and see if I can get them.

Wow, this is cool! I have most of these from the various CA waves, but wouldn't mind picking up the LOTR Steels and maybe Last Samurai. Hope we see more waves at BBY USA!

I think the answer lies with inside art for a few of them... Matrix, Shawshank...

My first inclination was the same - felt like these are left overs from Canada BUT the Hangover and Hangover 2 have new art for their covers. Plus given the number of damaged steelbooks IN the box, I am definitely sure these are all test runs from the new US factory rather than left overs from Canada especially since we know there is no inside art on some of them.

Oh my best buy has them. I called when I left and the lady at 1888BESTBUY said to just order online and pick them up. So I did and the manager refused to release them to me. So I called back and the first lady said she would call the store and have them fix it. But that didn't work. Even the supervisor was unhelpful. It makes no sense.
