I am still looking for Matrix. It is available to order online but the price is $19.99. I rather pay $12.99. I went to two bestbuy stores yesterday. The first store only has five out of nine. The store only carries three copies for each title. The second story has all except Matrix. Also three copies for each title. Both stores don't put them in a separate display but mix them with old releases so I had to spend time looking for them. I am sure the price will drop in few weeks but not sure if they are still available at that time considering low inventory at the store.

This is Warner USA were talking about. Might be low stock in stores now but there's no doubt in my mind that they will soon reload the the shelves at least 5x over. I could be wrong but history says otherwise

Best Buy doesn't know how to put their price sticker on without tearing a hole at the top of the steelbook that is present in a lot of these as well. I had to weed out a lot of steels just to get a couple of the ones I got. U.S.A. has the worst quality in shrinkwrap and handling of any country ive seen.

Just picked up A Nighmare on Elm Street, The Ring, Zodiac, and The Lost Boys. Also, I just received the Evil Dead 2 Steelbook in the mail and I just purchased The Evil Dead Steelbook online . This is starting off as a good month

Went to a bigger Best Buy today. I was able to get one mint steel out of the entire store. Spent an hour looking through them.

In my opinion, I think the problem is the store. Because the one I went to, EVERY steelbook I found was in perfect mint . Had no problems picking out the best ones

i disagree, all warner waves have paint chip problems. its not a store problem, its a warner problem

I own each and every steelbook wave Warner released (Either US or Canada) and I do double dipping (meaning getting a second copy for viewing pleasure) and never I experienced any paint chip, dent or damage to my Warner Wave Steelbooks.

Do you have something to back-up your statement?

not every copy have problems, but these warner waves as a whole have paint chip problems. im not talking about those old canadian warner releases, they were all very good quality releases with inside artwork. the more recent waves, such as lord of the rings, hangover, chinatown, gladiator, journey, etc, all all paint chips, and they are nearly always in the same spot on the steelbook. i have been to best buy or futureshop on release day many times, and from my experience it is very difficult to find a mint copy.

also, what is mint to you may not be considered mint to me or others. it is all subjective
