There isn't a choice. I think A is the only and final slip release. Due to the limited quantities, only 100 copies available.

Hey DB, it's 500 allocated to BF of which 100 are being made available for the HDN GB. All of them are the same

It's based on the price for hubs.

$60 from BluFans and then depending on which hub you are in. So masterblaster might charge you something like 10 euro to ship from him.

I don't know what the other hubs typically charge, so this is NOT a quote you should be holding anyone to (might be less, frankly).
