I wouldn't be surprised at about £40-£50? The GB host will make the costs very clear ahead of any pre-orders and I usually factor in a 10% tip.

Love the artwork, but i was hoping that the cover to the notebook was going to be the steely cover, would have been great with embossed title and debossed around the bricks (like Who Framed Roger Rabbit back cover)...
