Once we got above 150 copies last time, it took about a day to sell the last 50.

So even if, worst case scenario were to happen, I think there should not be anyone worried about missing out completely on a copy.

Typically Kevin will invoice you a week or two after your order is placed, from what he has done before.

Payment is not usually due immediately.
