Not sure why the 2nd phase went up to $63 mate.

Dave calculated the customs fees based on what he was hit with on the last Jack Reacher GB from blufans and it worked out about £2 each for every participant so has gone with that again this time.

i dont know how customs in the uk work, but here in germany we will have to pay 19% vat of the steelbook on top + 3,5% custom fee.. which is ~14$ dollars... +shipping..

unless its TOTALLY different, which i doubt somehow, youll likely have to pay another invoice :-/

The Sticker edition was $60 and the Notebook (the last ones that were available to get) ones were $63

Their price was different from the beginning, by the way

i hope you're right, because usually you have to pay VAT when importing goods with a value > 150GBP

But Germany has different "rules" and "terms" for customs charges than the Uk, right?
In Germany there will be 19% Mwst. (VAT) if the value is under 150€!
Of course if you purchase Merchandise or receive Gifts the "Freigrenze" (pricing limit) from where you get charged with customs is different and if you over the limit they will combine item value AND shipping costs and put 19% on top...

But i think all WiR SBs will be shipped to local hubs first.

but i have to disagree with your second point.. cant justify paying 50-70€ for a steelbook which would cost 25€ here in europe.. i'm sure blufans keep the price as low as possible, but at least for me its not worth it.. but of course to each their own

not even remotely.. you have to add shipping from hub to your destination+most likely significant import taxes.. id say in the end you pay 83$, which is at current exchange rates 54GBP.. selling for 80GBP means you have to pay ~10GBP fees for ebay+paypal, leaving you 70GBP if everything went perfectly well.. thats 30% IF everything worked fine.. thats not bad, but definitely not great.. if you bought 4 roger rabbit for the approx. same price (56GBP) you would make 144GBP

"1 copy to Germany please

Your problems should be kept to a minimum if you follow that simple and friendly advice

someone said that you could buy this for 3 times its regular price on ebay, which i replied is totally wrong.. then i just showed how little the resellers on ebay earn on this

i didnt buy this steelbook initially for reselling.. and i dont even know if i want to sell it.. atm i think i would only trade it


and it started with someone complaining about the long delay (which is his very good right) and someone flaming him for it, which i felt was injust
