So excited! You know Hugh is in. That's HIS franchise. He IS Wolvie. Fassbender and McKellen, we're in for a treat!

Oh, I know he'll be back. He says he owes his career to Wolverine and that he'll return to the character whenever he's needed to be there. If he does this and two more films, I do believe that'll be a new record for most times an actor has portrayed a character (I think the Harry Potter kids hold that right now with 8 films).

EDIT: Nevermind... Jim Varney starred as Ernest a billion times. :p

From FS.net:
Well, at least one of those elements has been confirmed as Exhibitor Relations (via Collider) has learned that Fox is planning to release the X-Men: First Class sequel in 3D along with Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters and The Wolverine. Nowadays it's news if a blockbuster isn't in 3D, but in this case, we're interested because two of these films still may be shot natively in 3D. Read on!

Shooting has already finished on The Wolverine and Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, so that means those films will be post-converted to 3D, so that' moderately disappointing. However, X-Men: Days of Future Past and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes are still preparing to shoot, so we might see those films shot in 3D.

Hugh Jackman was rumored last month to be joining the cast of director Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past, but now the filmmaker has made the casting official via his Twitter account.

"I would officially like to welcome @RealHughJackman to the cast of #Xmen Days of Future Past. Very excited! More to come..." Singer said.

Jackman is joining a cast that includes James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart.

Scheduled for release on July 18, 2014, X-Men: Days of Future Past features a script by Simon Kinberg and is said to be inspired Chris Claremont and John Byrne's comic book storyline that ran in "Uncanny X-Men" #141 and 142 back in 1981. "Days of Future Past" introduced the idea of an alternate future for Marvel's mutants that grew out of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants killing an important senator, leading to a future where all mutants are hunted by Sentinels.

In addition to playing a key role in the comic book version of the story, Wolverine has appeared in every live-action "X-Men" film to date and will star in his second solo adventure with the July 26 release The Wolverine.

So they say Peter Dinklage is cast as the main villain! That would be awesome news! I know most would think that he would play someone like Puck (who's not a villain), but i'm guessing he'll play Apocalypse, Mister Sinister or Bolivar Trask.

I would love to see him play Apocalypse. If they can make a regular person look like a hobbit or dwarf in the Lord of Rings movies and Snow White and the Huntsman, they can make a dwarf look huge. I think it would work well with Apocalypse since he's a size-shifter and covered in make-up/costume/CGI-enhanced.

He has Apoalypse's jaw, that would be awesome.

I think a guy said it best on comicbookmovie.com " Can this guy shut up?" in all honesty he is talking way to much about the movie. There will be no surprises left to see.
