for those still thinking of getting these...the way the iron pack is stored inside the box with no protective wrapping whatsoever and completely exposed to sliding back and forth,this is guaranteed to add even MORE scratches to whats already there.

If you go into your order there is a drop tab above which asks you the reason why you want to contact them... Select cancel order there.
