Guys,

If you have issues with your steels you need to start a conversation with n3wkid and your HUB host - explain your issue, keep it short and to the point and provide pictures.

It's at n3wkid's discretion that replacement copies are to be sent. If he agrees to this then USUALLY you would send the damaged steel back to the HUB and n3wkid may cover both (to and from) postage costs, again you need to ask this.

As you can see its not always so easy to sort these Group Buys/Hubs so please give Alex/Xin/Hub hosts a little patience, i'm sure these issues will get resolved soon. I will be moving any further complaints regarding damaged copies to the relevant GB threads to make it easier for n3wkid to follow these up.
