Do the following for your panic attacks:

First, realize you are NOT going to die.
Two, breathe into a brown paper bag or, preferably, a steelbook plastic protective sleeve.
Three, lie down flat and place a favorite steelbook on your forehead and another on your chest while rythmically chanting, "It's all good."
And under no circumstances think of Incheon airport.

Works for me.
