can’t wait to check out Mera
can’t wait to see this movie when it comes out in Aus after Xmas as it looks unreal with James Wan behind the wheel in the directors chair.

Really looking forward to checking out Aquaman - The Exhibition down the road at Warner Bros Movie World later on in the week where you can go behind the scenes and explore set pieces, costumes and props from the movie set as it was filmed down here on the Gold Coast, Australia

as a 3D fan myself with no current plan to change to 4K(seeing as its a clear choice of one or the other, am not sacrificing my 3D TV just for 4K) its a shame to see it dying here. This is the 4th release in the last couple months that is missing the 3D (Venom, Fantastic Beasts 2, Spider-verse and now this)
But it means I'll just get more picky and import more if thats the only option.
I've also been a 'no 3D no Sale' type person. Wont even settle for 3D ameray anymore am that snooty. lol
thank goodness for Blufans, Manta, Nova and kimchi(though less so the latter two of late)
Saw this last night in 3D IMAX
Incredible visuals and the 3D was pretty good
A great underwater Sci FI movie
However at home 4K is the way to go.
Just watch Blue Planet 2 in 4K the picture is incredible.
The IMAX scenes in the Dark Knight are also incredible
Can't wait to see this in 4K at home

If one day the 3D quality will be improved, you don’t get a headache of watching it, don’t see blinking black screens, and there’s no need for an extra pair of glasses, I’m the first to buy 3D again.
For now I avoid 3D cinema viewings, 3D TVs and also try to avoid the 3D tax
I’m convinced it will return in a couple of years.

Also Wreck it Ralph 2, mission impossible fallout and I suppose bolt (steel) even though it’s not a new film
I don’t recognise these issues, except for the glasses of course. I remember from watching 3D at the cinema a few times, I didn’t like it so haven’t done that in a few years. But at home it’s a must for me. Very sad to see that more and more releases lacks 3D, especially steelbook releases. Until it dies out completely, if it does which I hope not, I’ll continue to try and find 3D releases in some part of the world to keep enjoying it.

As promised here is a look into Aquaman - The Exhibition at Warner Bros. Movie World. Using an old dormant Show Stage this gives it an incredible advantage with height and space to show off some of the incredible set pieces.
To get an idea the height of these statues look how ginormous they are when compared to the 90cm/3ft chain railing.
Inside Black Manta’s Sub
The biggest highlight of the exhibition is being able to hop aboard Black Manta’s Attack Sub so you can closely examine and touch to give you that true behind the scenes experience

The Xebellion Rifle is easily my most favourite weapon of choice here and actually looks even more epic in real life as it was hard to truly capture this with all the atmospheric lighting inside the Exhibition along with being behind a glass cabinet.
Mera’s Costume
and close enough to touch Couldn’t get as close as Mera’s Costume but was still able to get close enough to capture how fkn awesome Aquaman’s Costume is. The level of detail and dedication that has gone into this is simply amazing
There was also a green room at the end aswell where you could get a photo with the Stars using abit of movie magic
