Just wanted to mention - a couple folks are reporting that they were sent replacement copies because of the mixup the first time, only to again receive amarays.
So the best bet, if you're looking for this one or still experiencing difficulties is to try your local store or ask a member here to help.

Went to 2 different walmarts and they have zero copies. They started making room for this weeks new releases!!! 
Good luck with that, Walmart took down most of the older releases to make way for this weeks releases. From what I've seen, they only have them the first week and then they take them down. Same thing happened with Resident evil afterlife, one week and then they are gone. You can try Walmart.com and try your luck with them.
HUGE no go for me today had a tour of 5 walmarts, nada de nada (snif)

When returning an order by mail, please allow up to three weeks shipping and processing time for the order to reach our Return Center. When the order has been received, depending on your request, the order will either be credited or reordered.
If we have not fully answered your question or you have additional questions, please reply to this email.

Hi Angelo-feedback is gathered and passed on to our direct contacts in this industry regularly. Rest assured you're not the only person that wishes to have more Steelbooks released in the USA. No, at this point, there are no plans for a Steelbook(TM) for North America, but this could always change. Stay tuned to the threads, and you'll be among the first to know
Thanks babe you do a really awsome job on this site nice to know feedback is being passed along. I just ordered the battle losangeles steelbook from walmarts to support the us bluray sales never seen the movie either so cant wait.

I've read a couple reports that Walmart did fix it, so you should get a steelbook Angelo.
Thanks ap smith I just sent customer service an em,ail to make sure I get the right one and if not that I dont even want it lol. I wish all forums were as tight as this community.
I saw a wal-mart that had 3 left like 2 weeks ago in a small town ... if you have total bad luck, just PM me and I'll see if there are anymore left next time I visit.My walmart order was canceled lol I paniced before someone posted that the problem was tasken care of. Next time im out ill just check walmart myself to see if they have it.
