Contacted zavvi regarding mine coming with 3 big paint chips, had to send them a photo of the damage, i hope they send me a replacement before this sells out.

at least you were able to send them a photo. i had a discount code issue and they wanted me to send it to them. i tried numerous times to do so using jpg, jpeg, pdf, gif, and png. when i hit send i got a download request to my computer??? and it never got sent. i gave up after about an hour of aggravation. glad you didn't run into that. still, the zavvi staff seemed eager to help me if not for the issue to send them a picture.

They wanted me to send it back, but tbh i took someones advice from this thread and filled in the slight paint chips with a black permanent marker. It barely notices.

Does anyone else's disc skip every so often? No scratches or smudges on the disc itself at all... Very annoying.

Have a small paint chip on the back, not to bad. Might try for one of those 15% partial refunds. But it's not too bad.

I received a mint copy of this from Zavvi a few weeks ago, but have since had to return my copies of The Equalizer and Dracula Untold because of damage...all due to their terrible packaging
