I have one on its way, and the other one as well (Can't even remember which one is it, but it's for 3DS as well).

that's crazy, I didn't know they made them for 3DS games...

I've got both of these.
The case has the same overall depth (spine inward) as a standard 3DS box but obviously taller. The reason why is because you actually store the whole game package inside rotated by 90 degrees.
So its either spine up or down.
