on zavvi site it was never listed as exclusive which always meant other retailers could have it, just no one had got round to listing it yet thats all.
simple solution pre-order something you want from wherever, if it turns up somewhere else cheaper you can always cancel pre-order from first place.

I hate to sound ignant, but how exactly does VAT work coming into the US? I don't know that I've ever actually been charged VAT, it just seems like Amazon.co.uk just gives me a discount for being American (MURICA!)
