The problem with the last 18 orders has nothing to do with the blacklist !!

There was a problem with the PayPal plugin which, for what reasons also always reduces the stock only after payment.

Blacklist and PayPal error are two diffrent things

@DuckDogers I know it's different issue. What I am suggesting is that you will have some extra copies because you have cancelled some duplicate orders from same IP and blacklisted them. You should use these extra copies to atleast fulfil some of the 18 orders that had the PayPal problems instead of listing them again for sale. That would be a fair way to do it.

Sure. but let me check first to found the prob wirth the oversale and fix it. I´m not happy with this too. But just the moment i can only say " sry"

Well I hope you can honour atleast a few of the PayPal oversell orders. Thanks for your quick response. .

This has been quite week. First the Zavvi Dredd Keychain fiasco and now the potential disappointment of this - 2 consecutive kick in the nuts.

@DuckDogers there were 80 copies (100 - 20 for GB) on sale, with order 71 (20071), I'm in, right? It seems I'm not in the 18 editions sold more than available? So why canceled?

Good point. I am order 65. Only orders over 80 should have been cancelled? @DuckDogers?

I paid via paypal immediately, as im guessing most here did. Just reading through this, but surely if your order number is under 80 it will be fine?

Seems NOT. I am order 65 and I have been refunded via PayPal.

The order has nothing to do with the placement.

this number will be assigned by the server, and are stored in the backend.

There's a good chance pre-orders for this didn't start at 20000, and also people could have been buying other things in between, so I wouldn't say that's a guarantee no; so long as you haven't been sent a refund you should be okay.
