Just got this email from Hdzeta. Really pisses me off tbh. People paid for both boxsets on purpose so they can get it before Chinese New Year. I don't think it's so hard to just find matching numbers, just a matter of a couple of hours. @wxlinkswd

"Dear Customer
We are ready to ship your packages,we need match the boxsets numbers fist then send out the package,It will be slower than usual,Please, be patient, we are working on it"

I don't get the anger. Does it really make that much of a difference if it takes an extra few days/a week? At least they're communicating on the delay.

Well because somehow those who ordered from group buy got their tracking numbers already, and not only HDN members but other group buys too, and their orders already half the way . But those who ordered directly from website, still waiting for it. Seems unfair to me. Couldn't they just find the matching number for all orders and ship them altogether ?!

HDZ did it however they thought worked best for them. If that means taking all the HDN orders and processing them at once, and other forums or GBs and doing them at once to make everything easier then that is fine. It appears the orders for the HDZ site are being processed last which is their choice. Given how much grief they get from the forums about stuff I would serve them first as well lol

I guess we're just different, but the only time I ever care about a tracking number is if something gets lost. Sometimes these things get delayed, that's life. At least you're lucky enough to have gotten this package when many others couldn't.
