Since asian releases usually comes with a slip , it'll be cool and unique if it comes with a slip with Sanskrit writings on it.

Yes, that's a pretty good idea. I love seeing different writing characters on steelbooks.

NP! The release date is sometime away and though its unlikely that the images on the retailer's site will be updated, I'll be happy to put up pics of my copy when they arrive. From my experience (very limited), the Indian steelbooks have been on par with the UK ones, but then again, nothing really special, so...

But you never know, we may be surprised yet :)

Well that's great, except the UK Steelbook doesn't have the 3D copy :( and with this being a 4 Disc set and with English Titles.... this looks like the best of the bunch so far, still waiting to see the FS design as well.

Do you know if this has a Lenticular magnet? I really want a 3D Lenticular Hobbit Steel with the English title.

No clue yet Ush.. We (India) are still a developing country when it comes to steels... Having said that, I'll post any update I get on the thread as soon as its available. And the only Indian steel that's been known to have gone OOS is Avatar, so I wouldn't worry about this not being available even after release :)

Wow...it seems the steelbook market in India is having a bloom'in time!!! And since the title is released by Sony India, expect the same quality (Steelbook/artwork) steelie as released abroad. :scat:
